What we did
- Built using Power BI, Power Automate, AI Hub Prompts and ServiceNow API integration.
- Automatically analyses new incidents as they are logged in ServiceNow, categorising each into themes, root causes and customer insights.
- Provides operational staff and senior leaders with AI-derived insights via an interactive Power BI dashboard.
